Open Question: I need help fast, going on holiday tomorrow! please help me?

If i have 100 pound in my bank and i want to get it out of a cash machine in spain, would it stay as 100 but in euros or will it be effected by the exchange rates and go up to like 120 euros??? for some stupid reason i cant reply but just add details? the money is going in my account when i am abroad and i only can get it out abroad so i dont know if it will go up or stay the same...
