I wrote this song about my home country the Phil,bcuz i was inspired by a music video and by the song Kenji by fort minor,its a rap song about the Philippines under colonization,it has no chorus though, i dont care how old you are, Let me tell you a story about a war, it was 1942 we had no chance, only thing we got was help from the americans, you could say that we were doomed, well thats what we all presumed, we were goners, no chance against the jap soldiers, we were invaded,trapped and honestly we were scared, for the lives of the peoples that we cared, well,i guess theres more, remember the war,there was so much gore,it was hardcore,so much blood on the shore,of pearl harbor and whose the savior?it'll be every filipino thats for sure, Were strong,thats true, the spaniards were afraid when rizal made a breakthrough, then we built a statue, where he was killed,brutally but truthfully,it was for us, everything he did,to make us solace,end the wars so vicious,so much blood and pain,all we did was gain, can no one do nothin to help the crisis? you think we aint serious,so many people infected by a virus, cant do nothin,nothin buy wait, for the other countries to create, a cure,y do we hate? only one blood only one race, your a disgrace, cant help,but wait, for the next generation, to generate, are we driven to anarchy,colonial mentally,like people under examination, Do you know who arrived in 1565, It was spain,and they stayed here for years, we shed so many tears, and they just sold us away? how could they do this?as if we were just a replay? as if we would return? can they see the pattern, so much pain,suffering and going away, one day we will be stronger,i said someday we will rule,it will be a sunday,a day where the sun rises and God rests,but this is the end to my dismay,...
