Open Question: How much LONGER, I have to wait until I can Leave ...............:(((((?

Hi People, I will like to know , HOW MUCH LONGER takes to get the condicional resident.. I apply for the 2 years condicional resident , Application for to Travel, employment authorization document, i did all this over a Lawyer , thinking that way will be faster .. Inmigration says the recived my forms Agust 21st , I came to the states with my husband in July , why the TAKING SO LONG? My husband is in Irak now, i dont have nobody here, we didnt know he were going :( and now i want to go back to my country ( SPAIN) to stay there while he is going until Feb. and i can't .. cause im in process ... but they TAKE TO LONG, right? whats going on? can someone help me , telling me how much longet the used to take ... ?
