Open Question: Would it be bad to meet in person?

I met this guy on a social site and we decided to keep in touch, he lives in Spain. We like to talk to each other at least once a week and are both really attracted to each other. Needless to say, we got naked on cam a few times but we are both of legal age. My family and I are going to Europe this summer and I said that I wanted to come to spain because i've never been there before. My parents have friends there, about a half an hour away from where he lives and they will stay with them. I would like to travel to his city and visit him too. I think it would be so much fun if he showed me around and if things were to get physical, we would of course use protection.
